MAINTENANCE AND HOUSE RESPONSIBILITIES

The Licensee is required to adhere to the weekly cleaning rota. Failure to do so will result in a cleaner being appointed at the Licensee’s expense, at a fixed fee of £30.

Upon vacating the property, a cleaning fee of £25 will be charged. This fee covers the cleaning of the Licensee’s room and all shared/common areas.

In the event of a lost key:

• Replacement of a fob/magnetic key will incur a charge of £55.

• Replacement of a metal key will incur a charge of £10.

The Licensee is responsible for replacing batteries as required and ensuring that all fire alarms remain fully operational. Any tampering with or covering of fire alarms will result in a £50 charge.

TERMINATION

The Licensee is required to provide a minimum of six (6) weeks’ notice if they wish to terminate the Licence and vacate the property.

Such notice must be given in writing and submitted via email.
